This bill increases the volume of manufactured liquor and other alcoholic beverages that is permissible under a small craft producer pub license in Hawaii. Specifically, it raises the limit from 70,000 barrels to 175,000 barrels of liquor, 50,000 barrels of wine, and 20,000 barrels of alcohol. The bill also allows these licensees to sell certain beverages in recyclable containers and permits the sale of growlers for off-premises consumption. The changes apply to class 18 small craft producer pub licensees.
