SB845 modifies Hawaii's motor vehicle registration laws to include former military vehicles, defined as specific types of vehicles at least 25 years old originally manufactured for military use. The bill permits the use of these vehicles for transporting the owner's property or passengers without charge if the transport is directly related to the owner's primary business. However, it prohibits using these vehicles for transporting persons for hire or property for hire.
