Establishes a policy lead for Red Hill Water Alliance Initiative initiatives and a special fund for remediation.

This bill establishes a policy lead and coordinator for Red Hill Water Alliance Initiative (WAI) initiatives within the office of the executive director of the commission on water resource management. It creates the Red Hill remediation special fund to address contamination from the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility. The bill also appropriates funds for ecosystem monitoring around the facility and establishes a policy lead and coordinator for Red Hill WAI initiatives.
