School health assistants and authorized employees can administer these bronchodilators if they have completed appropriate training. The bill also permits school employees to administer insulin, glucagon, epinephrine, and seizure rescue medication to students in emergency situations, provided they receive proper training. Students with diabetes or anaphylaxis can self-administer their medication with parental consent and proper training.
