Allows all-terrain and utility-terrain vehicles on streets under certain conditions.

This bill amends Hawaii law to allow all-terrain vehicles and utility-terrain vehicles on streets if used as farm equipment, by government workers, or on roads near farmland with speed limits up to 45 mph. It also permits operation during evening and night hours if equipped with headlights, tail lights, and a slow-moving vehicle emblem. The bill defines all-terrain and utility-terrain vehicles and sets a $250 fine for violations.
