Hawaii SB390 authorizes the issuance of general obligation bonds totaling $17,700,000 for fiscal year 2025-2026 to fund various capital improvement projects in the sixteenth senatorial district. These projects include an emergency egress/ingress route for Pacific Palisades, new visitor bleachers and a weightroom at Aiea High School, equipment for the athletic training room, a new main office building at Webling Elementary School, and a new multipurpose covered play court at Aiea Elementary School.
