This bill amends Hawaii's inspection sticker regulations to allow for the replacement of lost, stolen, or destroyed inspection stickers without requiring reinspection, provided the current certificate of inspection has not expired. The director is tasked with adopting rules to determine the fee for such replacements. The bill also specifies that a sticker must be affixed to the vehicle or moped at the time a certificate of inspection is issued. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
