Establishes a five-year food hub pilot program to support local food production in Hawaii.

The bill amends Act 313 to establish a five-year food hub pilot program administered by the Department of Agriculture and Biosecurity. The program will award grants for infrastructure to establish and expand food hubs, which are facilities that aggregate, process, and distribute locally produced food.
