Hawaii SB3113 revises certain tax map key numbers for lands to be conveyed to the Department of Education. The bill amends Act 307, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022, to correct and update the tax map key numbers for the properties to be transferred. The conveyance of the fee simple title to these lands, owned by the Department of Land and Natural Resources and the counties of Kauai and Maui, is to be completed by operation of law. The Department of Education may elect to obtain all or a portion of each parcel identified by this Act.
