Chamber Passed·3/10/26

Hawaii SB2781 mandates labeling and purchasing requirements for lei and lei materials to ensure they are made in Hawaii.

Hawaii SB2781 establishes labeling requirements for lei and lei materials sold in the state. It prohibits the sale of lei or lei materials labeled "Hawaii Grown" unless at least 90% of the materials were cultivated or harvested in Hawaii.
