Hawaii SB2775 amends Chapter 139 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes to prohibit law enforcement agencies from acquiring or possessing specific military equipment obtained through federal programs. The restricted equipment includes tracked armored vehicles, aircraft with mounted weapons, .50 caliber firearms and ammunition, grenade launchers, bayonets, camouflage uniforms, and manned fixed-wing aircraft.
