For contributions exceeding limits in sections 11-351, 11-357, 11-358, 11-359, or 11-360, the return must occur within thirty days of receiving the excess. For contributions exceeding the limit in section 11-362, the return must occur within thirty days of the end of the election period, with the committee choosing which contributions to return.
