Establishes Native Hawaiian cultural centers to promote Hawaiian culture and history.

The bill mandates the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to establish and maintain at least one Native Hawaiian cultural center in Hawaii. Each center must focus on elevating Native Hawaiian people, emphasize Hawaiian culture and history, and offer classes in Hawaiian practices.
