This bill creates a University of Hawaii conference center revolving fund for conference center programs. All fees and charges collected for these programs will be deposited into this fund. The fund allows for expenses such as honoraria, hotel and room rentals, food and refreshment, printing and mailing, airfare and per diem, leis, rental of audiovisual equipment, and conference supplies and materials. The fund also allows for the expenditure of these funds without regard to competitive bidding requirements.
