Hawaii SB1414 amends the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to close certain areas to the public and display signs prohibiting trespassing. Specifically, areas within a housing project or on a parcel owned by the authority that are not public streets, roads, highways, sidewalks, or bus stops must be closed to the public. Signs must be displayed that read "Closed to the Public No Trespassing" and contain letters no less than two inches in height. The signs must be placed at reasonable intervals and at all entrances to the property.
