Hawaii SB1410 modifies the Hawaii Revised Statutes to require counties to accept the license or dedication and ownership of sewer transmission lines and facilities servicing Hawaiian home lands. Counties must accept these facilities within 60 days of receiving a completed application for maintenance request. Facilities completed after July 7, 2014, must comply with federal, state, and county environmental, design, and construction requirements.
