The bill establishes a statewide data and artificial intelligence governance and decision intelligence center within the office of enterprise technology services. This center will be under the authority of the chief data officer and will be responsible for facilitating data sharing, implementing data and artificial intelligence policies, and creating a statewide master citizen record. The center will also collaborate with county and other governmental agencies and private sector service providers.
