Hawaii HB418 establishes a working group to revise the State's qualified allocation plan for low-income housing tax credits and the prioritization of the rental housing revolving fund. The group will also revise the terms of loans made from the fund to better support low-income and mixed-income rental housing projects. The working group will submit its findings and recommendations to the legislature by twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2026. The group will be dissolved on June 30, 2026.
