Establishes a working group to create an inventory of state-owned fishponds in Hawaii.

The bill establishes a working group within the University of Hawaii Sea Grant College Program to develop an inventory of all state-owned fishponds. The group will create a map and literature review, and collect data on each fishpond's traditional name, type, acreage, condition, historical uses, and surrounding land uses. The working group will submit interim and final reports to the legislature by November 1, 2026, and November 1, 2027, respectively. The group will be dissolved on June 30, 2028. The bill appropriates $250,000 for fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 for this purpose.
