This bill amends the independent audit requirements for deposit beverage distributors in Hawaii. Distributors who distribute fewer than two million deposit beverage containers in a calendar year are exempt from the audit requirement. Distributors who distribute at least two million but fewer than seventy-five million containers must obtain an audit for the year ending in four or nine. Distributors who distribute seventy-five million or more containers must obtain an audit for the year ending in an even number.
