Revises tax map key numbers for land conveyances to the Department of Education.
This bill revises certain tax map key numbers set forth in Act 307, Session Laws of Hawaii 2022, for accuracy or changed circumstances. It also revises the process by which properties were, or may in the future be conveyed to the Department of Education pursuant to Act 307. The transfer of the properties is effective by operation of law as of July 1, 2022.
