This bill amends Hawaii Revised Statutes to set speed limits for vehicles with three or more axles or weighing over 10,000 pounds, excluding school or public buses. The maximum speed allowed is 50 miles per hour or five miles per hour less than the applicable state or county speed limit, whichever is lower. The changes take effect on July 1, 2025.
