Establishes a five-year pilot program for two full-time certified librarians to support school complexes on Oahu and a neighbor island.

The bill amends Act 135, Session Laws of Hawaii 2025, to establish a five-year pilot program within the Department of Education. This program will provide rotating support services from two full-time certified librarians to one school complex on Oahu and one on a neighbor island. If a suitable neighbor island complex cannot be found, an additional Oahu complex will be selected.
