The group will propose revisions to the prioritization of the rental housing revolving fund and the terms of loans made from the fund. The working group will also make recommendations to the legislature. The Hawaii housing finance and development corporation will provide administrative support to the working group. The working group will be dissolved on June 30, 2027.
