Extends agricultural park leases by up to 30 years if the lease term is 15 years or less.

The bill amends Hawaii Revised Statutes to allow the Department of Land and Natural Resources to extend agricultural park leases for an additional 30 years if the remaining lease term is 15 years or less. The land must be 25 acres or less and located in a county with a population of less than 500,000. This extension applies regardless of other laws.
