Allows trained public school employees or agents to administer medications to students.

This bill amends Hawaii law to authorize public school employees or agents who have completed appropriate training to administer medications to students. The administration of medication is limited to oral, nasal, and topical medications, and in emergency situations, other premeasured medication. The medication must be prescribed by a licensed physician, physician's assistant, advanced practice registered nurse, or other practitioner.
