The partnership will create walkable communities with full amenities and infrastructure, lower the cost of housing, and improve the quality of life. The partnership will identify and develop suitable lands and facilities for community improvement projects, and provide for the payment, purchase, registration, transfer, exchange, and redemption of revenue bonds.
