Establishes a commission to redesign the state flag of Hawaii.

The bill establishes the Hawaii state flag redesign commission to create a new flag design that reflects the state's diverse and multicultural identity, while honoring its Native Hawaiian foundation. The commission will lead community engagement, conduct public education campaigns, host forums and workshops, and solicit design proposals from the public. The commission will submit its findings and recommendations, including the final design adopted, to the legislature no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2026.
