This bill increases the volume limits for small craft producer pubs in Hawaii.

This bill amends Hawaii Revised Statutes to increase the volume of manufactured liquor and other alcoholic beverages permissible under a small craft producer pub license. It allows such licensees to manufacture up to 175,000 barrels of malt beverages, 50,000 barrels of wine, or 20,000 barrels of alcohol annually. The bill also permits these licensees to sell their products in various containers, including growlers, and to sell to other licensed entities. The changes apply to both on-premises and off-premises sales, subject to county ordinances and federal labeling requirements.
