Allows certain manufacturers to directly ship beer and distilled spirits to consumers in Hawaii.

This bill amends Hawaii law to allow certain manufacturers of beer and distilled spirits to directly ship their products to consumers within the state. Specifically, it permits holders of a general excise tax license and a manufacturing license, either from Hawaii or another state, to obtain a direct shipper permit from the county liquor commission. These manufacturers can then ship their products directly to consumers aged 21 or older for personal use, not for resale.
