Extends the deadline for employer contributions reporting for non-compliant state or county departments or agencies.

This bill amends Hawaii Revised Statutes to extend the deadline for pre-payment and reporting of employer contributions by state or county departments or agencies that failed to provide required information in the correct format. The State or county will pay an amount equal to the employer contributions for the non-compliant department or agency, one year after the fiscal year in which the failure occurred.
