This bill amends Florida Statutes to increase the number of circuit judges in certain judicial circuits and county court judges in specific counties. It sets the number of circuit judges for the First, Fifth, Seventh, Eighteenth, Nineteenth, and Twentieth circuits. It also sets the number of county court judges for Duval, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Miami-Dade, Orange, and Walton counties. The changes take effect July 1, 2026.
