Establishes the Homes for Veterans Property Management Incentive Pilot Program to provide rental incentives for landlords housing veterans in certain.

The bill creates the Homes for Veterans Property Management Incentive Pilot Program in Broward, Escambia, Hillsborough, and Santa Rosa Counties. It establishes two trust funds: the Vacancy Relief Trust Fund and the Risk Mitigation Trust Fund. The Vacancy Relief Trust Fund compensates landlords for up to 45 days of vacancy until a veteran moves in. The Risk Mitigation Trust Fund covers property loss beyond the deposit amount, up to $2,000. Landlords must submit documentation to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation to apply for these funds.
