Exempts certain podiatric physician information and Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact meetings from public records and meetings.

This bill creates an exemption from public records and meetings requirements for certain personal identifying information of podiatric physicians, excluding their name, licensure status, and licensure number. It also exempts meetings of the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact Commission that discuss sensitive and confidential matters. The exemptions are necessary to comply with the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact and prevent the state from being unable to join the compact. The exemptions are subject to future legislative review and repeal.
