Bleeding Control Kits in K-12 Schools

Requiring responses to severe bleeding incidents on school grounds to be included in each public school's plan for urgent life-saving emergencies; requiring public schools to have bleeding control kits on school grounds by a specified date; requiring the Department of Education to establish guidelines for determining the required number of kits for each school; requiring certain staff to receive training relating to such kits; requiring the kits and the use of such kits to be included in certain drills, etc.
