Prohibits Florida agencies from contracting with certain Chinese entities for office goods and services.
The bill defines "covered foreign entity" as those involved in office goods and services whose parent company is domiciled in China and subject to Chinese national security laws. It prohibits these entities from bidding on or entering into contracts with Florida agencies for office goods and services. Entities must certify they are not covered foreign entities. If found to be ineligible, contracts must be terminated immediately. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
