This bill repeals sections of Florida Statutes related to minority representation on boards, commissions, councils, and committees, and to the Center for Environmental Equity and Justice. It also amends the Council on the Social Status of Black Men and Boys by requiring one member to be an African American businessperson appointed by the Governor. The changes take effect July 1, 2026.
