This bill amends Florida Statutes to exempt the personal identifying and location information of current state attorney's office and Office of Statewide Prosecution nonlegal support staff and their spouses and children from public records. This includes home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs. The exemptions apply to information held by an agency before, on, or after the effective date of the act. The exemptions are subject to future legislative review and repeal. The bill also provides for retroactive application.
