Florida S0964 requires reporting individuals and procurement employees to file annual reports listing certain gifts with the Commission on Ethics.
Florida S0964 amends the state statutes to require reporting individuals and procurement employees to file annual reports listing gifts with the Commission on Ethics instead of with their financial disclosure statement. These reports must detail the name, address, and affiliation of the person providing the gift, a description of the gift, the date or dates on which the gift was given, and the value of the gift. The annual statement must be filed by July 1 of each year for expenses received during the previous calendar year.
