The Florida Retirement Savings Task Force Act creates a task force to examine and develop recommendations for expanding access to retirement savings vehicles for private sector employees without employer-sponsored retirement plans. The task force will assess current coverage gaps, review existing state models, propose policy recommendations, and evaluate fiscal impacts. Members serve without compensation but are reimbursed for per diem and travel expenses. The task force must submit an interim report by December 1, 2026, and a final report by June 1, 2027.
