Allows Florida to issue marriage and family therapist licenses to those with active licenses from other jurisdictions.
This bill creates a process for the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling to issue a license by endorsement to marriage and family therapists. To qualify, applicants must submit a complete application, the required fee, proof of holding an active, unencumbered license in good standing from another jurisdiction, and attest to not being under disciplinary action. The bill takes effect July 1, 2026.
