Exempt information includes home addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, and photographs of current or former personnel and commissioners of the Florida Commission on Human Relations and their family members. The exemptions apply to information held by agencies before, on, or after the effective date of the exemption. The exemptions will be reviewed and may be repealed through the Open Government Sunset Review Act.
