Exempts certain sensitive information from public records and meetings for victims of domestic and dating violence.

The bill exempts from public records and meetings any information that reveals the identity of a victim of domestic or dating violence. It also exempts information discussed during meetings of the HAVEN Coordinating Council or county-level councils if it pertains to the victim's injury or death, or the prevention of such violence. This information remains confidential and exempt even when held by these councils. The exemptions are subject to future legislative review and repeal.
