From the Legislature

Requiring certain organizations that have an approved specialty license plate to submit within a specified timeframe certain financial information to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; prohibiting specialty license plate annual use fees or interest earned from such fees from being distributed to certain entities; requiring the department to develop an Endless Summer motorcycle specialty license plate; revising provisions relating to the issuance and fee distribution for Fraternal Order of Police license plates; directing the department to develop specified specialty license plates, etc.
