Effective October 1, 2026, the Citrus County Hospital Board is dissolved, and its assets and liabilities are transferred to the Board of County Commissioners of Citrus County. The bill also repeals chapters 2011-256 and 2014-254, Laws of Florida, but allows an irrevocable community trust or foundation established under chapter 2014-254 to continue operating.
