The bill allows an irrevocable community trust or foundation established under chapter 2014-254, Laws of Florida, to continue operating if consistent with the dissolution plan. It transfers all assets and liabilities of the Citrus County Hospital Board to the Board of County Commissioners of Citrus County, effective October 1, 2026.
