The bill revises the stormwater management fees for residential, agricultural, and commercial parcels within the Melbourne-Tillman Water Control District in Brevard County. For the 1990-1991 budget year, it sets a maximum fee of $10 per acre for residential parcels, $3.50 per acre for agricultural parcels, and $21 per acre for commercial parcels. Thereafter, fees may increase by no more than 10 percent above the previous year's fee, adjusted for inflation.
