Establishes safety design standards for office surgery suites in Florida.

The bill creates safety design standards for office surgery suites in Florida. It mandates the Florida Building Commission and the State Fire Marshal to establish these standards by October 1, 2026. These standards must allow office surgery suites to provide outpatient treatment for up to six patients simultaneously, including those under anesthesia or incapable of self-preservation. The standards must be an alternative to those for ambulatory health surgery suites. The act takes effect July 1, 2026.
