Florida H1155 amends the state's malt beverage laws to allow manufacturers producing less than 31,000 gallons annually to sell directly to vendors, bypassing licensed distributors. It also permits manufacturers to terminate, cancel, nonrenew, or discontinue franchise agreements with distributors if they produced less than 31,000 gallons in the previous 12 months, provided they give 24 to 38 months' notice.
