Allows two or more special districts operating as hospital districts to collaborate on joint ventures and partnerships.

This bill amends Florida Statutes to allow two or more special districts operating as hospital districts to jointly enter into, participate in, establish, and control various joint relationships or collaborations. These can be ventures, partnerships, corporations, business entities, organizations, joint operating networks, service lines, facilities, or other joint relationships or collaborations, whether public or private, for-profit or not-for-profit, within the boundaries of either or all such special districts.
