This bill amends Florida Statutes to expand the eligibility criteria for applicants seeking licensure by endorsement for the practice of surveying and mapping. It allows the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers to certify applicants from outside Florida who meet specific requirements, including holding a valid license from another state or territory and passing the Florida law and rules examination. The board can also require and evaluate certain documents and information to ensure applicants meet the necessary standards. The changes take effect July 1, 2026.
